Meeting
called to order by the President Lucille Severe at 9:35 a.m.
In
attendance were the Couchs, Backers, TJ Ballard and Sandy Thomas, Cooks, Genrichs,
McVays,
Sidebottoms, Severes, and McKenzies.
Elaine
Sidebottom reported on the chapters finances.
The chapter currently has a total of $7691.61 in all accounts.
Marilee
Couch reported on the Six State Ambassador briefing at
Shreveport, La. She then reported that the 2015 Six State Rally will be in
Conroe, Texas.
Wagonmaster
Carol Genrich gave a report on rallies for 2015 for Heart of America Coachmen scheduled.
She requested volunteers for Hosting duties.
Gary
Sidebottom explained that he is assembling
a photo album for Heart of America Coachmen members.
Chuck
Genrich reported that the election of
officers for 2015 would remain the same with the exception of Secretary and
that would change to Martha McVay.
