Heart of America Coachmen
Secretary’s Report
April 17, 2015

Meeting called to order by President Lucille Severe at 9:45 a.m.

In attendance were Backers, Couches, Cooks, Genrichs, Sidebottoms, Severes, McKinzies, Nashes, Stremmings, and McVays.

Elaine Sidebottom reported the chapter's finances and the money market balance sheet from
January l, 2015 to March 3l, 2015 is $2,652.82 and the Prime Share Balance Sheet is
$5,090.38.  The total is, therefore, $7,753.20.

Wagon Master Carol Genrich is looking for more rally volunteers.

Discussion for the 2016 South Central Six State rally was had, but no one seemed to know exactly where it is scheduled.  Jim McVay called Charlie Adcock and was told that it would definitely not be in Little Rock, due to construction on the river at that time.  Charlie said no decisions had been made yet as to where it might be held.

Chuck Genrich, sad to report, advised he was giving up the newsletter.  This has definitely been a superb job on his part and the entire club says THANK YOU.   Now we are looking for a replacement.

Carol Cook advised she had a get well card for T.J.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:22 a.m.
