HEART OF AMERICA COACHMEN
2012 APRIL RALLY
SECRETARY REPORT
The Heart of America Coachmen business meeting was
called to order by Charles Genrich, President, on April 21, 2012 at the
Coachlight RV Park in Carthage MO.
The following couples were in attendance:
Carlile, Carey, Cook, Couch, Drennon, Genrich,
Lynch, Mathes, McVay, Severe, Sidebottom and Stremming.
Chuck welcomed everyone to our first rally of
2012. He also welcomed two prospective
new members, Nick and Ruth Ann Backer, and before the weekend was over they had
joined Heart of America Coachmen.
Chuck asked if anyone would like the minutes from
our last meeting on October, 2011 read, it was decided that it was not
necessary, and decision was approved.
Treasurer’s report was read by Elaine
Sidebottom.

Chuck advised
our group that the Election of Officers would be in July and that he would not
be running for President next year. His suggestion was that we elect a
nomination committee of 3.
Ken Stremming was nominated by Marilee Couch,
seconded by Carol Genrich.
Gary Sidebottom was nominated by Carol Genrich and
seconded by Marilee Couch.
Dan Couch was nominated by Ken Stremming.
There being no more nominations the three members
were elected by a majority vote.
Chuck adjourned meeting, seconded by Jack Mathis.
